Payments and refunds

What you can be charged for on Talent Connect, and when you get your money back.

What is free

Registering, building a profile, verifying your identity, searching for work and applying are free for workers and professionals. We will never ask you to pay to be considered for a job, and no employer on Talent Connect is allowed to ask you either. If one does, tell us at privacy@quantproc.com.

What is paid

Some features are paid. Where they are, the price in Indian rupees, what it covers and how long it lasts are shown before you pay. Prices include GST where it applies; the rate is shown at checkout.

How you pay

Payments are taken by our payment provider. Your card, UPI or bank details go to them, never to us. A receipt is issued for every payment.

Refunds

Charged by mistake - a double charge, or a charge for something you did not buy: refunded in full. Tell us within 30 days.
The feature did not work and we could not fix it: refunded in full for the unused part.
You changed your mind within 7 days of buying and have not used the feature: refunded in full.
You changed your mind later, or have used the feature: no refund, but you can stop it renewing and keep it until the period you paid for ends.
Your account was removed for breaking the terms: no refund.

How long a refund takes

We approve or refuse within 7 working days and tell you which. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid, and reaches you within 5 to 10 working days after that, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can stop a subscription renewing at any time from your account. It keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Asking for a refund

Write to support@quantproc.com with the mobile number on your account, the date and the amount. You will get an answer, not silence.
