What Talent Connect is

Talent Connect introduces people looking for work to businesses looking to hire. We are an introduction service. We are not your employer, we are not a party to any engagement you agree, and we do not pay wages, deduct statutory contributions, or supervise work.

Anything agreed between a worker or professional and an employer - pay, hours, site, notice, safety, statutory dues - is between them. We are not responsible for it and cannot settle a dispute about it, though you may tell us about conduct on the service and we will act on it.

Your account

One account per mobile number. It is yours; do not let anyone else use it.
You must be 18 or older to register.
Sign-in is by one-time code to your mobile. Anyone holding your phone can sign in, so keep it safe.
The information you put in your profile must be true. Claiming a skill, a qualification or an identity that is not yours is grounds for removal.

If you are hiring

You must be a real business or an individual genuinely hiring, and the details you register - PAN, GSTIN, company identity - must be your own.
Contact details of workers and professionals are shown to you to make contact about work. Using them for anything else, selling them, or passing them on, ends your access.
You must not advertise work that does not exist, charge anyone a fee to be considered, or ask a candidate to pay for training, tools or a deposit.
You are responsible for your own obligations as an employer, including minimum wages, provident fund and insurance where they apply.

What is not allowed

Registering on somebody else's behalf, or with somebody else's identity documents.
Asking any candidate for money in exchange for work.
Collecting profiles in bulk, scraping, or automating access.
Posting anything unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory on a ground protected by Indian law.
Interfering with the service, probing it, or working around a limit placed on your account.

Charges

Registering and looking for work are free. Some features are paid; where they are, the price and what it covers are shown before you pay. See Payments and refunds.

Ending it

You may stop using Talent Connect at any time and ask us to delete your account - see Privacy. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are prevented from doing so.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will find work or find a candidate. We do not verify every claim a member makes; where we have checked something - an Aadhaar-verified name, a PAN, a GSTIN - we say so on the profile, and where we have not, we do not. Satisfy yourself about anyone you deal with.

The service is provided as it stands. We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. Subject to that, our liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change matters to you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
